Dr. Faulkner received his DDS degree at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA in 2008. He completed his orthodontic residency and MS degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2011. Fluent in English and Japanese, Dr. Faulkner joined Apple Orthodontix in 2012.
Professional memberships include the American Association of Orthodontists, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Texas Dental Association.
Leisure time activities include camping, hiking, skiing and playing board games. Dr. Faulkner has also been a community volunteer and spent two years as a church missionary in Tokyo, Japan.
