Apple Orthodontix is deeply saddened by the death of Dr. Robert “Doc” Dennington, a friend and colleague who has been a beloved and esteemed member of the Apple family for 10 years. Prior to joining Apple Orthodontix in 1998, Dr. Dennington practiced orthodontics for almost 25 years while educating orthodontists around the world about business systems for orthodontic offices. For the last several years, he ran the Little Elm and The Colony offices for Apple Orthodontix, putting beautiful smiles on his patients’ faces with his warmth, dedication and expertise.
Dr. Dennington was a resident of Little Elm and a member of the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Ever civic minded, he served as the liaison between Apple Orthodtonix and the town of Little Elm for the Chamber’s Golf Tournament and the Little Elm Autumn Fest 5K which both supported the Little Elm Area Food Bank.
Of his orthodontic practice, he had this to say: "I have practiced orthodontics for more than 30 years. I have never experienced anything more satisfying than fulfilling the orthodontic needs of my patients.”
“This is a sad day for Apple Orthodontix. Dr. Dennington embodied the warmth and professionalism of our company. We will all miss him greatly,” commented Chad M. Packard, CEO of Apple Orthodontix.
