I would be woefully remiss if I didn’t take the opportunity to share with you some information regarding the team at Apple Orthodontix in Rockwall, TX. They are currently treating my 14 yr. old daughter. We were in our second phase and decided to go with you guys as opposed to one of your competitors in the area.

The initial meeting and analysis were top shelf. The fact that Apple could finance the cost for a single dad was amazing, and no, your competition didn’t offer this without big finance charges. Most important was the professionalism and time spent with me and my daughter through the initial process. It was very impressive. They didn’t hurry the process or appear to be selling me anything. They gave me the facts and let me make the decision. I’ve been in sales for 25 years so this really impressed me. We bought in, hook, line and sinker. I believe Cindy conducted our initial analysis and what a great lady to represent Apple!

Now the really refreshing part. The service piece. I’m not sure you guys could ever find a more positive person that truly knows this business more than Dr. McNeal. Her smile, personality, enthusiasm, and downright love of this business totally sets her apart. In my eyes as a customer, she’s a true rarity among her peers. It’s very obvious to everyone how contagious her style is to her team. You can sit in that office and witness how her team responds to her and keeps that great attitude that is clearly handed down to all of them. Her assistants are also top shelf as dental professionals and want to do the right thing for their patients on every occasion. Dr. McNeal had a couple of interns working yesterday and she treated them exactly the same as her staff–leading by example and showing them all the ropes. It was so impressive, it lead me to write this letter.

I’ve been in corporate sales for over 25 years. I’ve seen it all–good and bad. This group is outstanding from top to bottom, and I wanted to make sure that there were recognized for their phenomenal efforts. One of the most important things I noticed is that this group loves what they do. They should have customers coming back for repetitive business like no other group around. It really reminds me of this quote: “Choose a job you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life”-Confucius

I’m not sure that these people are really at work because you can see how much they love their job in everything they do.

Thanks again, Apple, for making my life as a single dad so much better. You simply ROCK!

We wanted to write you a short note to compliment Dr. Ernest Lontos and the staff at your Plano location. When we were considering getting our daughter, Tanya, braces, we shopped around to several other orthodontic practices before getting to meet Dr. Lontos. Tanya was accurately evaluated, and we began treatment. We take her to all of her visits and at each one we are truly pleased with the attentive service and attitude Dr Lontos and staff have for her. This is a very well run, clean and efficient operation. It’s very obvious they truly care about doing the best for her. Dr. Lontos described his plan very accurately, making it seem like something he could easily handle. He didn’t make an elaborte production out of it like the other offices we visited. He is extremely competent and work is progressing even better than he thought.

We have also observed his very frank dealings with other patients and his is top notch. He clearly knows his profession. Yesterday he took a moment from his busy schedule to look at our younger daughter’s teeth, and we’ll be scheduling a full evaluaion for her.

We just want you to know how happy we are with each visit with Dr. Lontos and very friendly staff. We are recommending Apple Orthodontix to all of our friends. We are so glad we found Apple Orthodontix!!!

My experience with Apple has been delightful. Back in 2007, we were making the decision on where we should go for orthodontics for my 13 year old. After visiting the orthodontist that my dentist recommended, I kept seeing Apple Orthodontix commercials. I wrote down the number and thought it may be a good idea to see who founded Apple. To my great surprise, it was Dr. Robert Packard. Wow! He was my orthodontist back in 1990 and had also put braces on my sisters starting in 1984. There was immediate trust. I made the appointment at the Rockwall location. My daughter and I walked in for her free examination and the first person I see is Dr. Packard. I was so excited! I didn’t expect him to remember me, but he did. I learned that day that he would retire, and I would build my relationship with Dr. Whitesides. The staff is wonderful. My experience with the doctor has been very pleasant. Oh yeah, I saved $1,100 with Apple. My daughter and niece have been in and out of braces with Apple. We got the highest quality for our money. My youngest daughter is now a patient with Apple. I just love everyone.

I feel Dr. Robert Packard is a blessing. He has made it so everyone can have a beautiful smile for an affordable price. Having a smile you can be proud of can make a huge impact on your life. I know this from my own experience and have witnessed it time and time again. I truly believe in Apple Orthodontix and trust in what they are doing.
